˘ÚThe annealing line is reasonably equipped.It can provide according to the customers requirements with BA,CA annealing products,the temper degree of which ranges in T-2,T-3,T-4,T-5,DR-8,DR-9.24 sets of electrical furnace,16 natural gas furnaces and 1 set of continuous annealing line are included.

˘ŰThere're 3 sets of electrolytic tinplate line with annual capacity of 1020 thousand tons.The equipment configure is developed from the Japanese new iron technology.By adopting the Frost an techniques in electrolytic plating,the quality of the product reached or approached the product quality produced by baosteel.The machines chose imported electrostatic oiler for oil treatment under customer's requirements,which avoided scratch and rust on the products.

˘ÜThere're 2 sets of hot-dipped galvanized line with annual capacity reaching 1030 thousand tons.The furnace part adopts radial canal heating technology to control stably the temperature of the furnace thus to ensure stable performance of the product .The rectify machine is of strong ability to ensure the shape of even thick plate.The environmental passivation technology is introduced to provide the customer with RoHS standard tinplate products.
